What Is The Ehrhart Difference?
Acouple of us have been sitting around trying to nail down what makes Ehrhart so different from other companies that do what we do. After all, fuel is a commodity, right? And yet, we have customers who have been with us for decades.
In our most recent survey, over 95% of our customers rated us as very good or excellent (mostly excellent). Eighty-nine percent said that they’d recommend us to a friend, the best predictor of customer loyalty.
Instead of spending time figuring out what we thought, I suggested that we ask some of the people who switched to us in the last year why they’d made the move. Here’s what they said:
➤ “You guys feel just right. Not too big, not too small.”
➤ “The people who work for you just seem to care more about what’s happening to me.”
➤ “Your prices weren’t the cheapest, but weren’t the most expensive. I trust you, and felt more confident that we wouldn’t run into problems like we did with the last company.”
➤ “ I like having one place I can turn to for service and fuel, and I like that you have all these different options.”
There’s more, but you get the picture. One of the things I took away from the comments is that different things matter to different people. But all of it still adds up to lots of customer loyalty and appreciation. And for that, we are 100% thankful.
