We Listen to You
One of the many things we have learned from being in this business for 70 years is the importance of listening to our customers.
That’s why we take the time to send surveys to our customers and encourage you to post comments on our Facebook page and third-party sites like Customer Lobby. We want you to evaluate our performance and let us know if you feel that we are treating you in the best possible way.
One recent online comment that stood out for me came from Vivian S., who said:
“Ehrhart has reliable, prompt service done by top-of-the-line professionals. Their charges are fair and competitive. Last month, we updated our home heating system. Ehrhart designed a plan, made arrangements for the installation and even followed up to make sure we were delighted, which we were.”
To all of you who have provided feedback, thank you for taking the time to do this. We’ve also listed some of our survey findings on this newletter.
For us, it’s gratifying to learn how happy the majority of you are with our service. Clearly, we’re doing a lot of things right. But that doesn’t mean we’re not going to work harder to get even better. Because after all, it’s not just business…it’s personal.
